With over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, Rory provides strategic oversight and expert guidance in areas including lease negotiations, rent reviews, property valuations and landlord–tenant relations.
In his role as Managing Director, Rory has successfully led numerous rent review and lease renewal negotiations countrywide, achieving fair, transparent and commercially viable outcomes, primarily acting for occupiers/tenants. He brings a deep understanding of property legislation, market dynamics and financial modelling, enabling his clients to deliver evidence-based recommendations that maximise value while minimising risk.
Throughout his career, Rory has established a reputation for integrity, analytical precision and strong communication with stakeholders. He works closely with clients to ensure compliance with legal frameworks while safeguarding their long-term property interests.
Under his leadership, Lavelle Commercial Property has supported a diverse portfolio of clients, from private investors to corporate occupiers, consistently delivering rent review solutions that align with both financial objectives and market conditions. Clients have included Aldi, Newbridge Silverware, Tirlán, Maynooth University, Mr Price (70 Stores Nationwide) and the Leinster Estate, to name a few.
Committed to professional excellence, Rory is an active Arbitrator and is on the Presidents Panel in the SCSI. Rory is a former Deputy Chairman on the Valuation Tribunal and a former Chairman of the Valuation Professional Group in the SCSI and a Fellow of both the SCSI and RICS. He also recently completed the Arbitration Law course at UCD, which ensures that he continues to provide up-to-date, strategic advice in an evolving property market.

Billy, with over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property, regularly provides strategic oversight and expert guidance in the Landlord and Tenant (L&T) area, including lease negotiations, rent reviews and lease renewals, together with providing other client lead services in commercial agency, acquisitions, valuations, CPO and rates.
In the specific L&T area, Billy has successfully led numerous rent review and lease renewal negotiations, achieving fair, transparent and commercially viable outcomes, primarily acting for occupiers/tenants. He brings a deep understanding of property legislation, market dynamics and negotiating skills, enabling him to deliver evidence and experience based recommendations that maximise beneficial outcomes for our tenant orientated client base.

Stephen is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland having graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2011 with an Honours Degree in Property Economics. Prior to joining Lavelle Commercial Property, Stephen previously worked with Jordan Auctioneers in Newbridge as Head of Commercial & Professional Services. Stephen, who is a RICS Registered Valuer, works directly in the Commercial and Professional Services Department specialising in Agency, Valuation, CPO, and Landlord & Tenant.
